Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts is happy to announce the upcoming exhibition Textural Forms: Michael Kiesow Moore, Nora Moore, Karen Searle.
This exhibition will showcase these three creative individuals in a unique pairing. Karen is a sculptor and mixed media artist who uses textural and natural materials in surprising and unexpected ways. Nora is a painter and collage artist who explores layers and depth through her two dimensional works. Michael, Nora’s son, is an accomplished poet who responds to both of these artists’ visual works through the written word; his poems will be framed and presented in the galleries alongside the visual art. The show is on view March 28 to April 25, 2015 at the Banfill-Locke galleries. There is an opening reception planned for Saturday, March 28 from 4 to 6 pm.
